That's error means the application request more memory than OS have for the process?... Or maybe the app used memory mapped files? The conclusion is that the application does not work on Windows 7 but does work on Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 10. How much memory is the application requesting?

I can even do it manually. According to the processing time, about 2-3 seconds, it is obvious that at the very beginning, for example, during initialization or when starting the process with a wrapper, something went wrong.
