I've noticed the tasks were given to a single person, which means no double check. Is the process of double checking under way? I mean having a wingperson having the same task and result of each must match. Don't get me wrong. You know your job it's just I think it's safer to double check. One could think the opposite (the mutation weaker to common cold antibodies) but the mutation is for the virus to adapt to its environment, isn't it? Correct me if I'm wrong ; I didn't studied the mutation of viruses in depth (just a bit in biology and biochemistry class at uni before droppint out).

So, male living in Belgium, 31 and I have a lot of interest in BOINC and on how the projects are working -- alongside the main goal : crunching for science. I've got a bachelor degree in information technologies (let's say networking, linux, a bit of programming, servers etc.). Due to some illness I couldn't achieve what I wanted (to slow for chemistry (tried that, loved it), too slow for physic sciences too in the lab). So I burnt all my chances at Univeristy and went somewhere else. Technology of computer is my fourth choice but still, it's so much interesting. It's bit of a shame I couldn't join the project early but I don't know any website listing new BOINC projects. Hope you are all well. Let's fight the best way we can. For me it's helping with project on SARS-CoV-2 via BOINC. Best regards, micropro
