See errors https://fightcovid.boinc.ru/sidocktest/results.php?hostid=419&offset=0&show_names=0&state=6&appid= The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. The handle could not be opened during redirection of handle 0. 0 was unexpected at this time. Inserting "@TIMEOUT 5 > nul" before rbdock.exe starts could maybe avoid this.
