I have been running various BOINC projects for over a decade, and primarily World Community Grid. Lately that has become very unreliable, so I started looking for other projects to run. And so I found this! I really like crunching for science and research, to hopefully make a difference in the world. I'm an electronics hobbyist, radio amateur and server/networking nutcase. Completely self-taught. At the time of writing this I only have two of my crunchers connected to the project, mainly to try it out.
