The combination of OS Win 7 and version 11.81 of the application leads to a huge number of errors.

See e.g. hosts 68, 83, 177 and 325.
The problem seems not to exist on Windows 10, but on Windows 7 the "timeout" is immediately killed.

"When TIMEOUT is executed, the input is redirected so that the command can wait for the user to interrupt the wait period.
This input reduction is not possible when the command is executed in the background
without the possibility of a user providing input and consequently the command fails immediately."

Adding /NOBREAK to the timeout did not solved the problem.
I changed the line in "ping -n 5 127.0.0.1 >NUL" and removed the 2nd Timeout (last line).
The 2nd timeout caused the computation error and is not really needed.
I have no idea how the change would affect your Linux/iOS versions.

Btw: On Win 7 I get in stderr
The handle could not be opened
during redirection of handle 0.
0 was unexpected at this time.
probably coming from the start of rbdock.exe, but is not destructive.
