As much as I want to be global kind of person, I would love it if I could change my results to display with my timezone of Pacific Standard Time instead of UTC date and time. Is there any way to accomplish this?

Your best bet would be a browser extension that allows you to supply a custom content script to modify the text (which the server is hard-coded to send in UTC and English language) before it’s displayed.
