GPU?

But it is used on Autodock (as with Quarantine@Home), and of course WCG/Open Pandemics is trying to make it work too. So there would seem to be some possibility here. I am not sure that there is an advantage with efficiency (output per watt) as compared to a CPU, but it could be faster. Also, it would not be a good idea if it confuses the results.
