I have been running various BOINC projects for over a decade, and primarily World Community Grid. Lately that has become very unreliable, so I started looking for other projects to run. And so I found this! I really like crunching for science and research, to hopefully make a difference in the world. I'm an electronics hobbyist, radio amateur and server/networking nutcase. Completely self-taught. At the time of writing this I only have two of my crunchers connected to the project, mainly to try it out. But it looks promising, so I'll most likely add the others ones as well, to boost performance. ~Headcrash - Professional stabber of darkness
