Since Windows 7 is not supported anymore by Microsoft, it doesn't receive any updates, including these one with root certificates. You should either upgrade to Windows 10 or update root certificates manually. I can't recommend any 3rd-party root certificates updated since I haven't checked any, so this is something that you should probably do by youself.
