6) Message boards : Number crunching : Deadline is too short (Message 691) Posted 21 Mar 2021 by shift Post: Any idea if "project_max_concurrent (A limit on the number of running jobs for this project.)" reduces the number of jobs downloaded for the project too? I was planning on using that to stop sidock hogging all the compute time. I'm hoping that it only downloads 2 jobs per thread with respect to the project_max_concurrent setting and not just based on the number of threads in the PC, otherwise the deadline issue will be even worse.

8) Questions and Answers : Web site : Two of Me (Message 566) Posted 7 Feb 2021 by shift Post: Is there a chance that one of your computers is signed in as the other crashtech? I think you could in the boinc manager (click view -> advanced view, then click on the project tab, select SiDock, click Your Account, in the browser check what your total credit is). If one computer has the smaller total credit account, then you should tell it 'no new tasks' and let it finish the work. Remove project and then add project with the log in details of your larger credit account. From what I can see looking around Google there is no way to merge two user accounts at least that is what the old posts I can find say.
