46) Message boards : Science : Testing status (Message 116) Posted 11 Nov 2020 by Crtomir Post: Dear Crystal, In COVID.SI we are screening only small proportion cca 5 % of the whole database of 1 Billion compounds to target corona_3CLpro_v3, with our own server/client system ( https://covid.si/en/quick-start/ ) , and now we did 56 % of the task. The COVID:SI right now are working on modifications that will allow to run boutique projects, for example virtual screening of compounds isolated from traditional Chinese medicine to certain targets. In SiDock@home [test] we are screening 1 Billion compounds to the same target. If we turn to the numbers: 56% on COVID.SI - approximately 28 M compounds screened 7,2 % on SiDock@home [test] - approx 72 M compounds screened Technically we have 500 000 packets with 2000 compound each. In COVID.SI we are running in direction from 1 -> 25 000 and in SiDock@home from 500 000 -> 25 000 All the best, Črtomir, COVID.SI
